Who is Ottawa-based Hagai Amiel? And why did Hagai Amiel (and his wife Hen Amiel Tomer) contact me on LinkedIn and Facebook with bizarre and moronic messages? I had never met or heard of Hagai Amiel (or his wife Hen Amiel Tomer) before being “contacted” by them on social media.
And why did Hagai Amiel change his LinkedIn profile name to Guy Amiel after exposing his bizarre/erratic behaviour?
Is Hagai Amiel a moron-for-hire (e.g., by the enemies of uOttawa Supervisor Bullying) or just a moron who figured, what the heck, why don’t I and my wife just annoy some random folks?
Here is what we know about Hagai Amiel
According to his LinkedIn profile, Hagai Amiel is an “Experienced Chief Technology/Information Officer (CTO/CIO), with over 17 years of progressive experience in Startups & Enterprise-level Program, Product and Development Management”.

So you get the impression the guy is well qualified for technical, in-demand IT roles.
He writes me soon after I finished my PhD studies at the University of Ottawa “wandering” if I have any job openings for him.

Amiel’s current job since Sep 2019 as listed in his LinkedIn profile is Chief Technology Officer at Better Tech Solution Pvt Ltd., which is an IT Services and IT Consulting operation.

What was his motive to act moronically – what is really motivating his bizarre behaviour?
1. Someone with an ax to grind put him up to it and he’s getting remunerated for it.
2. Hagai Amiel is just being Hagai Amiel.
Here is the thing. I do not put up with moronic behaviour.
Could it be just a misunderstanding? Maybe Hagai Amiel was just inebriated/this was totally random? You be the judge.
